Position Overview:
Manage the recruiting and hiring department. Manage job postings, review resumes, schedule and conduct interviews. Our recruiting specialist/hiring manager refers qualified candidates to each department manager and follows up with those candidates who will be selected to move on to the next step in the interview process. When a department manager decides to hire a candidate, our recruiting specialist/hiring manager reaches out with a job offer and training date.
