Position Overview:
Service technicians are responsible for visiting current customer’s homes who are having issues with their products to determine the cause of the issue, whether it is covered under the product warranty, and report back to our customer service department in the office whether parts need ordered.  Service Technicians will fix issues, replace parts, and install replacement parts on products.  Service technicians are also responsible for completing trim checks, making notes for the installers, and taking product measurements for new contracts and turning in material lists and product measurements to the customer service department for ordering.
