Your product specialist will give you a quote on the project that is good for one full year to compare to what other companies offer. They will also give you a quote what the project would cost now with current promotions or specials in case you are ready to move forward with the project now.
Your product specialist will write up a detailed contract and assist you with obtaining financing, if needed. Our third party lenders offer many options with low monthly payments, deferred payments, or even low to no interest. Then from there our installation department and customer service team will keep you informed and updated along the way to complete your project within your timeline.
Your installers will have you inspect their work and answer any questions you have on the spot. Once you are satisfied with the work, you’ll sign off and pay. We’ll continue to service your products and will look forward to working with you again on future projects.

The standard appointment times we have available are Mondays through Fridays 2:00 pm or 6:00 pm or Saturdays 10:00 am or 2:00 pm. What if those times don’t work for you? We will work with you to find a time that does and we apologize in advance but we cannot accommodate Sunday appointments, our staff work hard and that is valuable time to spend with their families.

After purchasing, you’ll receive a call from our installation department explaining what the process and timeline is based on your specific project. They will keep you updated and work with you to schedule your installation in a timely manner.
Once your project is complete, your installers will have you inspect their work and answer any questions you have on the spot. After signing off that the work is completed to your satisfaction, you’ll write a check for the balance due or let the finance company know the job is completed when they call you for verification. From there we will continue to service your products and hopefully you’ll come back for your next project!
